Police lay charges in historical sexual assault case

EMC News -The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section has charged a former Ottawa Priest with one count of Indecent Assault as a result of a historical sexual assault investigation.
An investigation was commenced in July 2010 into a complaint of inappropriate contact between a Roman Catholic Priest and a teenage male that occurred in Ottawa in 1972.
Kenneth O'Keefe, 79-years-old of Toronto, was arrested on August 11, and is being held for a show cause hearing last week.
