Local businessman and church leader arrested for sex with teens

PERRY TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Perry Township officers have arrested Michael Windham after a warrant was issued alleging he committed acts of rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and prostitution with two teenage boys.

The now 18 year olds' say they came forward hoping to prevent Windham, 61, from targeting more children.

According to police documents, Windham is accused of sexually abusing the two teen boys for several years. The abuse allegedly started with one boy at age thirteen, the other at fifteen.

Windham, co-owner of K's Restaurant in Brookville and a local church board member, is now in custody while prosecutors build the case against him.
