63-year old James French was arrested at his Dakota home on Thursday, accused of having a sexual encoutner with a minor at a residence in Naperville. The alleged incident was reported on November 15th

According to his autobiography, French was the founding pastor of Indian Grove Country Church serving from 1987-2008. French was also a full time teacher at Aquin High School in the late 80's, a Stephenson County Board member from 1989-to-1992, and the Founding Chairman of the Stephenson County 9-1-1 Board from 1990-92.
